SBFitness Class Schedule
You must be committed to attend at least 3 sessions per week for four weeks. Start at Any Time! Your membership allows you 30 consecutive days (one month) of boot camp. When you purchase a regular month of boot camp, you are granted Unlimited Access to ALL Shaped Bodies Outdoor Boot Camps (excluding Aquatic Boot Camp). Enjoy boot camp sessions with Shaped Bodies Fitness Monday through Saturday at various locations in the Houston and surrounding areas!

SBFitness Workouts
SBFitness workouts include Cardio, Partner Drills, Group Challenges, Circuit Training, Fitness Games, Speed & Endurance, Strength Training, Medicine Ball Drills, Agility Drills and Much Much More.
Once you register as a client of SBFitness, you are added to our week day email distribution. This email shares motivational quotes and encouraging words to help you to stay focused on YOU. With up to date class information and tips on Getting Fit, Eating Healthy and Beauty Secrets.
